Remember those little improv blocks I made a few days back? Well, I found use for one of then and turned it into a sweet little needle book.
The block itself wasn't large enough so I added a small patchwork of 1" finished squares to the back. Fun, isn't it?
I went with a different closure than what I usually do. I love this little magnetic snap - it holds the needle book closed without me having to deal with loops and buttons.
I can't wait to put this little cutie to work. Svetlana
That is a darling needle book. I think I'd like a magnetic snap also. I'm made them with ties only and those become a bother after a while. Mind if I steal your idea? (because I probably am)
ReplyDeletepractical and pretty all in one. The magnetic clash works well too

ReplyDeleteHi Svetlana, This needle book is so cute. Yet another wonderful creation you've made. I always look forward to your posts. I recently used your tutorial for installing a pillow zipper and want to thank you so much. I've now made several pillows and your method makes it a breeze and looks so good! Thanks again!
