I have fallen under the spell of gray color. Do you want to see?

I made these gray and purple pouches and notebook holder a few days ago and I thought I got these colors out of my system. Well, I'm "purpled out" for now, but gray, oh gray!?!? Just have a look at what I've already prepared to work on (try not to laugh too much).

I've already started knitting using this gorgeous chunky yarn, hopefully I'll have a scarf or a cowl to show you soon.

I'd like to use these two to crochet a pillow cover.

This is what it looks like so far.

 

And then, there is this pile of softness waiting to be cut and turned into a wonderfully cozy and cuddly flannel quilt.

 

Any thoughts? I think I've gone gray crazy. I am thinking all this love for gray has something to do with working on quite a few quilts that were really colorful and full of pattern. It might be my mind's way of telling me it wants a break from all that color overload. And, just so you know what I'm talking about, here is the quilt I finished this weekend.
