two in one pouches

Yesterday was a dark and blustery, altogether pretty dreary day. And days like that are just perfect for staying at home and sewing, won't you agree? So that's exactly what I did. The result - three totally adorable Two In One pouches:).

I decided to make a smaller (coin pouch) version and I just love how pretty they turned out.

I'm usually not a fan of heart fabric, but for some reason I can't stop admiring these fantastic red and pink hearts I got at Joann the other day. I think the addition of a little text print and polka dots make them look even prettier.

I used my own pattern to make these pouches. If you'd like to give this pouch a try you can find a buy now button on the right side bar of my blog.

Hope you all have a very lovely rest of the weekend. Svetlana

  1. So lovely! All SIX of the pouches I have made using your pattern were the large size. I will have to try these smaller pouches!

  4. I've seen people mentioning Payhip as a way around the EU vat thing - maybe you could give it a go? Not affiliated with it in any way, so I don't know much!

  5. I bought your two in one pouch pattern a week ago or so, and made my first one! I love it, and it was so fun and easy to follow. I will definitely try the smaller size, too. Your pink hearts are adorable!

  7. They are so pretty! I don't sell patterns, but have been following the effects that the EU VAT laws are having on those that do. It doesn't seem as though there are any complete solutions as yet, though I thought that blocking Paypal payments from the EU was the best one so far.

  10. I love these. The hearts with the text and dots is a perfect match. I've bought your pattern, now I need to make some pouches. You can still sell your pattern to those living in Australia!

  12. Great job! As for selling your patterns to the EU, go to the new online venue http://patternstoprint.com/ they handle all the VAT problems for you! EASY! :)

  14. I love these. I made pouches last year, but they never seemed to come out looking as nice as yours! but I like the double style...great for makeup on vacations, but what I need is one for my colored pencils and stuff for when I draw my designs for quilts!

  15. Those are adorable! I like how the patterns play together.

Another blogger I read uses Payhip.com, so from what I've read in the comments here, there are so far two solutions identified.
